1tsp. of Joy into it stirred

2/3 cup of God's love also put in there

1 measure of faith also preferred

1 cup of milk of the word, which is sincere

2 tblspns. of living water, crystal clear

Stir these together with great care

Do not any of these ingredients spare

And for your spirit's additional pleasure

Definitely of God's peace a full measure

Mix slowly all of these divine treasures

Preferably now, not at your leisure

Even though it's hard to wait

It's preparation will only a few minutes take

Adequate servings for all it will make

Daily served on everyone's plate

And with your fist bite

Your heart will grow ever light

As you savor it with great delight

You'll be restored and filled with God's very might
